The Sembler Company broke ground in July on a new 123,000-square-foot Kroger Marketplace store on the southeast corner of U.S. 72 and County Line Road. The facility will combine clothing, home goods, a toy department and expanded grocery offerings in one facility.

Sembler is also building Midtown Marketplace, a 114,000-square-foot shopping development anchored by Kroger at Browns Ferry Road and Wall Triana Highway in Madison. The location will feature a Starbucks, pharmacy with drive-thru, online ordering service, more meat and seafood options, an expanded deli and bakery, natural and organic selections, and additional prepared foods.
