Refund Policy
You can have the $19 back only if you have not downloaded the toolkit. Once a download is authorized, the sale is final.

Before you download
Use the contact page with the email you used at checkout and the order reference from your receipt (it looks like LGJ- followed by letters and numbers). We look up the order. If no download has been authorized, we refund the full $19 USD to the original payment method.
You do not have to give a reason. The refund is not a button on the checkout page. We issue it from the payment dashboard after we confirm the download count is still zero.
What counts as a download
Getting the receipt email, or opening the download page, is not a download. The sale becomes final when you use the download button and we hand you the file. That is one authorized download. A replacement link from link recovery follows the same rule: using it counts.
Each link allows up to 5 downloads over 7 days. The first one is enough to end the refund.
After you download
We do not refund an order that already has a download. That includes changing your mind, not liking the prompts, or a job search that does not produce interviews or offers. The files are yours to keep, and any remaining downloads on your link still work.
If we never delivered the file
If you could not download because of a problem on our side, and the order shows no successful download, we will fix the link or refund the purchase. Losing the email is not a failed delivery: request a new link with the same checkout email first. A new link does not itself count as a download.
What a refund does
When we do issue a full refund, the download link and the on-page button stop working. We refund the full $19. A partial refund is not how this product is refunded.
Once the refund is sent, Stripe returns it to the original payment method. Banks often take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
